What type of company?

Single-member limited liability company. One owner, who may also be the manager.

OOD

Limited liability company with two or more partners sharing the capital.

Bulgarian company names must be unique in the Commercial Register. Give us a first choice and a backup in case your preferred name is taken.

Share capital

The legal minimum for an EOOD/OOD is just BGN 2. Many founders declare a higher figure for credibility with banks and partners.

For capital up to a few thousand BGN, founders can usually file a capital declaration instead of opening a blocked bank account. We confirm the right route during review.

Founders & management

Who will own and manage the company? Add each founder. For an EOOD there is a single owner.

The manager may be one of the founders or an external person. At least one manager is required.

Is any founder a non-EU/EEA national?
